Custom manufacturing

For clients wanting bespoke garments, we offer a maximum level of service from beginning to end ensuring each garment is manufactured to perfection and delivered on time, ready to be retailed.

The client can fully customize the garment to their specifications. Our in-house, UK based sampling facility allows fast, successful conclusion of your ideas. We offer a full garment development service from pattern preparation and cutting, toile inspection and testing through to final sample proofing prior to manufacture.
Sampling lab dips are available in request.

Custom manufacturing can use Organic and Fair-trade fabrics.
We supply eco-friendly packaging from Kimball labels to bags using recycled materials.

Labelling
An in-house labelling service is available with woven and printed labels being inserted at source or anywhere on the garment.
We also provide bespoke customer labels as well as a full kimballing service and packing service, in order to present the finished product to the highest standard.

Fabrics
We have a full range of fabrics that can be used for the Urban Bespoke Culture, and have
un-dyed fabrics that are immediately available for pantone dyeing.

Minimums
This service is subject to a minimum order quantity of 120 pieces of one given style in one size and colour, in our regular colours and fabrics.
Specific colours i.e. pantone matching requires a minimum of 500 pieces per colour and lab dips can be ready in just 2 days.

Delivery
All garments produced under Bespoke Culture will be delivered in 21 days by road or in 7 days by alternative means of transport.

STOCK SERVICE

Stock items can be delivered next day. Our minimum order from stock is 10 per size per colour.
